Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

  • International shipping usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and courier circumstances.

  • Please note that unexpected delays (such as customs clearance, international logistics, or local courier issues) may extend the delivery time.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • In certain cases, additional shipping fees may apply due to oversized items, remote area delivery, or weight-based surcharges. If so, our customer service team will contact you before processing your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please allow 48–72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Delays

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, courier service disruptions, or force majeure events.

  • 자사의 해외 배송은 국가 및 배송사 사정에 따라 보통 7~21 영업일 정도 소요됩니다.

  • 통관 절차, 국제 물류 상황, 현지 택배사의 이슈 등으로 인해 예기치 못한 지연이 발생할 수 있습니다.

배송비 안내

  • 배송비는 주문 시 계산되어 결제 단계에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.

  • 다만, 일부 상품은 부피/무게 초과, 도서·산간 지역 배송, 특수 배송 조건으로 인해 추가 배송비가 발생할 수 있으며, 이 경우 고객센터에서 별도 안내드립니다.

관세 및 세금

  • 해외에서 배송되는 상품은 도착 국가에서 관세, 부가세, 통관 수수료 등이 부과될 수 있습니다.

  • 해당 비용은 상품 가격이나 배송비에 포함되어 있지 않으며, 고객님 부담임을 안내드립니다.

배송 조회

  • 주문이 발송되면 송장번호가 기재된 이메일이 발송됩니다.

  • 송장번호는 발송 후 48~72시간 이후부터 조회 가능할 수 있습니다.

배송 지연

  • 저희는 최대한 신속하게 상품을 배송하기 위해 노력하고 있으나, 통관, 배송사 지연, 천재지변 및 불가항력적인 사유로 인한 지연에는 책임을 지지 않는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
